1. Once you click "Connect," a page will open where you need to log in to your Pipedrive account.

1. Once connected, within any conversation with a client, you’ll be able to view their Pipedrive profile. There you’ll find:

• The contact’s full record, which you can edit directly
• A button to open that contact in Pipedrive
• Their notes, activities, and deals — all in one place

1. Additionally, inside Pipedrive you’ll be able to see the full message history — both from the client and your team. If you click on “Reply,” it will open the conversation directly in ManyContacts.
